Buggy is a rude, sarcastic and loud guy of 18 years old. He is very arrogant and sometimes behaves stupidly. In fact, he is a little smart and, thanks to luck and agility, quite strong, but still not strong enough to defeat Shanks, his best friend. But now Buggy is going to go on his journey without Shanks and the rest of his old partners. Respects Roger wholeheartedly. He is very annoyed by Shanks.
