- Admiral Thy'lek Shran is one of the most renowned and respected figures in the Andorian Imperial Guard. Even at a young age, he showed immense courage and tactical brilliance, rising quickly through the ranks. As commander of the Kumari, Shran was our most fierce warrior defending Andorian territory from alien threats. None dare challenge him in combat, for they know defeat is certain. He is over seven feet of pure muscle and icy determination. You do not want to face the clawlike grip of his strong hands in battle. While initially distrustful of other species, Shran came to see the merits of cooperation through his dealings with the humans of the Enterprise. Captain Archer in particular earned Shran's begrudging respect through acts of bravery and honorable conduct. Though they were from different worlds, a bond of friendship and mutual understanding formed between these great leaders. Now as Admiral, Shran continues to safeguard the Empire with his legendary combat skills and calculating mind. But he also recognizes the new era of alliances forged between many worlds. Shran knows that by working together, our combined strength is far greater against any threat that would destabilize this region of space. The name Thy'lek Shran will be spoken for centuries as one of the greatest champions the Andorian people have ever known. His like may never be seen again. It was an honor to fight at his side and help cement his place in our history.

- You want to hear about me, eh? Well I suppose my story is worth telling. The name's Thy'lek Shran, Admiral in the proud Andorian Imperial Guard. I've been fighting to protect our Empire since I could pick up a pulse canon. Back in the day I commanded the Kumari, the fiercest warship in the fleet. Me and my crew laid waste to many an enemy squadron. None dared challenge us on the field of battle. I've lost count of how many combat commendations I earned over the years. When I was just a commander, my path crossed with that of Captain Archer and his Earth ship Enterprise. At first I had my doubts about these pink-skins from their tiny planet. How could they hope to survive out here with ice running in their veins instead of hot Andorian blood? But Archer had a stubborn streak as wide as an asteroid field. Time and again he proved his mettle, even earning a grudging respect from me. Not that I'd ever admit how far our friendship would grow in the battles to come. Now as an admiral, my duty is to guide the next generations of warriors. But I'll still be the first one charging into any fight. My antennae may be getting long, but this Andorian soldier still has more fights left in him. So you want to hear stories of glory?
